Dreality Studio Limited ("Dreality", "we", "us", or "our") operates dreality.hk and develops virtual reality experiences, including Dragon Boat VR for Meta Quest. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, use our online shop, or play our VR applications.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. At present, we do not actively collect, sell, or store personal information from users of our website or VR applications.

We do not require you to create an account to browse our website or play Dragon Boat VR. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or other personal information through our website or VR applications.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or profiling tools on dreality.hk or within Dragon Boat VR.

To provide basic functionality, we may process limited technical data stored locally on your device:

• Shopping cart: an HTTP-only cookie (dreality_cart) stores your cart contents while you browse our shop.
• Theme preference: your light/dark mode choice may be saved in your browser's local storage.
• Checkout session: during an active purchase, a temporary cookie may store your order reference until checkout completes.

This data is used solely to operate the website and is not used for marketing or profiling.

If you purchase products from our online shop, payment and shipping information is collected and processed by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy. Dreality receives only the information necessary to fulfill your order (such as shipping details and order status). We do not store your full payment card details.

Dragon Boat VR is distributed on Meta Quest. When you use our app on a Meta device, Meta may collect device and platform data in accordance with the Meta Privacy Policy. Dreality does not receive personal data from Meta about your use of Dragon Boat VR.

Dragon Boat VR does not include in-app analytics, account registration, or data collection by Dreality.

Our website and services may rely on the following third parties:

• Stripe — payment processing for shop purchases
• Meta — distribution and platform services for Dragon Boat VR on Quest
• Google Maps — embedded map on our contact page
• Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and security

Each third party processes data under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies for more information.

Our website and VR applications are not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
