Terms of Use

Dreality Studio Limited ("Dreality", "we", "us", or "our") operates the online shop at dreality.hk. These Terms of Use govern purchases made through our online shop only. Other services on our website (such as VR experiences, rentals, or apps on third-party platforms) are not covered by these terms unless we agree separately in writing.

By using our online shop or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the shop are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Products are supplied on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All orders placed through our online shop are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability, errors in product descriptions, or pricing.

Prices are displayed in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept payment methods shown at checkout.

We aim to deliver products within the estimated time frames shown at checkout (typically 1–5 business days within Hong Kong, depending on the shipping option selected). We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

Delivery options are as follows:

• Local Pickup: Available at our designated location. Please see our contact page for address and arrangement details.
• SF Express (Freight Collect): Shipping charges are billed to the recipient by SF Express upon delivery.
• SF Express (Freight Prepaid): Flat rate of HKD 30.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. All sales are otherwise final once an order has been confirmed.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Hong Kong law. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or materially different from its description, please contact us at inquiry@dreality.hk within a reasonable time. We will work with you to provide a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

All content on dreality.hk, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Dreality Studio Limited or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreality Studio Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the online shop or any products purchased from us.
